Their first two albums,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.symbiosis-music.com\/tears_of_the_moon.html\">Tears of the Moon<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.symbiosis-music.com\/peach_tree_spring.html\">Song of the Peach Tree Spring<\/a>\u00a0were released in 1988.\u00a0Tears of the Moon\u00a0demonstrates two facets of their work: one side being ambient and gently relaxing; the other being highly atmospheric, conjuring up intriguing images of distant worlds. Since then, the group has gone on to record a total of ten albums including\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.symbiosis-music.com\/touching_the_clouds.html\">Touching the Clouds<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.symbiosis-music.com\/amber_and_jade.html\">Amber &amp; Jade<\/a>\u00a0(written specially for deep relaxation and for use in complementary therapies), and have also created music for four albums of guided visualisations by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.symbiosis-music.com\/d_linn.html\">Denise Linn<\/a>:\u00a0Angels! Angels! Angels!,\u00a0Dreams,\u00a0Phoenix Rising\u00a0and\u00a0Secrets &amp; Mysteries;\u00a0and her video\u00a0Creating Sacred Space. The group has provided signature tunes and incidental music for many TV and radio productions, including\u00a0Paradise Gardens\u00a0(BBC2);\u00a0Techno\u00a0(BBC Schools) and\u00a0A Family Learn Spanish\u00a0(Radio 5).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.symbiosis-music.com\/richard_bolton.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.symbiosis-music.com\/images\/rick.gif\" alt=\"Portrait of Rick Bolton\" width=\"250\" height=\"196\" \/><\/a>Guitarist\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.symbiosis-music.com\/richard_bolton.html\">Richard Bolton<\/a>\u00a0is equally at ease playing Latin, Spanish, ambient, classical, folk or fusion styles on acoustic or electric guitar, guitar synthesizer or cello. He has released an album of his own jazz compositions (City Life &#8211; Ballads&#8217;n&#8217;Funk\u00a0by the Richard Bolton Group) and an album of violin and cello duets with Pete Cooper (Turning Point\u00a0on Big Chain Records). He has also performed with Evidence, The Happy End Big Band and Billy Jenkins.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.symbiosis-music.com\/about_clive_williamson.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.symbiosis-music.com\/images\/clive_williamson_2005.JPG\" alt=\"Clive Williamson\" width=\"204\" height=\"260\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.symbiosis-music.com\/about_clive_williamson.html\">Clive Williamson<\/a>\u00a0sings, plays flutes, keyboard and wind synthesizers and percussion. He is the driving force behind Symbiosis and produces all their albums, creating a sensitive fusion of natural sounds and new technology.
