\"\"Nick Fletcher took up playing the guitar after being inspired by guitarists such as Steve Hackett, Jan Akkerman and Steve Howe; and after watching Christopher Nupen\u2019s Documentary about the legendary classical guitarist Andres Segovia. He studied the classical guitar for 3\u00a0years with David Taplin at Huddersfield School of Music and by the mid 1990\u2019s he decided that playing the solo Classical Guitar was to become the main focus of his musical activities.<\/p>\n

Nick then recorded three highly acclaimed solo CDs of meditational music on the Classical Guitar for Kingsway Music and recorded an album of Lullabies for Classical Guitar<\/strong> for Dorling Kindersley. He also started to give many recitals of the Classical Guitar but writing music for the Guitar started to become his consuming passion out of which the CD Cathedral of Dreams<\/strong> was born. This was followed in 2012 with Shadow Lands<\/strong>. In 2014 he recorded\u00a0A Moment of Stars<\/strong>\u00a0for the Hacktrax label, and in 2017 Blue Horizon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

John and Nick have performed regularly together since 2012. They have released 2 CDs on the Hacktrax label:\u00a0Overnight Snow<\/strong> in 2013 and\u00a0Hills of Andelucia<\/strong> in 2017.<\/p>\n
